Gratuities for participation in research projects will be paid by the specified method within 15 working days after the project is complete. Payments can be reduced or witheld in the event the tasks are not completed in accordance with the research instructions.
We’re currently looking for people in the restaurant sector who are willing to participate in a 60-minute online interview on Zoom. We are interested in talking to people that have responsibility for choosing / buying the potato / chips products used within the restaurant.
- All to be working in either a Casual Dining, Quick Service, or dark / ghost kitchen
- All to be involved in decisions to what products / ingredients to buy and use
- NOT working for a major chain of restaurants
